Who We Are
The story of We Are Kropf is rooted in decades of experience, a commitment to craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of how people want to live in thoughtfully designed park model tiny homes.
In 1998, Aaron and Kristie Korges opened a small RV dealership in Arizona with a focus on quality products and customer-first service. Over the years, that dedication earned national recognition and led to partnerships with some of the most respected manufacturers in the RV and housing industries. Today, the Korges operate one of the largest family-owned dealership groups in the Southwest, built on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.
As demand increased for small homes, park model homes, and tiny homes in Arizona, the Korges began searching for a builder that matched their standards for quality, durability, and design. That search led to Kropf, a nationally respected manufacturer of park model tiny homes known for precision construction, smart layouts, and long-term livability.
